Recipe – Sarah’s Toast with Avocado Brunch





  • Put avocado in bowl and mash it up, skin off, (like guacamole)
  • Cut up several green onions
  • Toast your favorite bread
  • Put a generous portion of mashed avocado on toast
  • Liberally season with Homestead chimichurri seasoning
  • Sprinkle with chopped green onions
  • Pour olive oil on top
  • Enjoy with spicy Bloody Mary
